Molded Graphite
Molded Graphite is a very unique material and is used in many different demanding applications where resistance to high temperatures, and chemical resistance is important.
Examples of applications are:
- Sintering furnace linings
- Sintering boats and trays
- Hot pressing dies
- Susceptors for MOCVD
- Wafer trays for PECVD
- Shiels, electrodes and ion sources for ion implantation
- Crucibles for MBE
- Heaters and crucibles for crystal pulling
We propose both extruded and ISO Graphite in different sizes, icvi mechanical properties, thermal and chemical resistances as well as eletrical conductivity. We can enhance the properties of the proposed graphites with our unique coatings and processes
Carbon Fiber Composites
Carbon Fiber Composites (CFC) are extremely strong, low density and high temperature resistant materials. Their application is very diverse:
- Diverse aerospace applications
- Heaters and crucibles for crystal pulling
- Structural elements for heat treatment furnaces
- Structural elements for Trichlorsilane reactors
- Trays, liners and other for LPCVD
- Brake disks for racing cars
We propose Rayon based CFC's, 2, 3 and 4 dimensional. We do also propose a non woven matrix. Our CFC's are offered in different shapes and assemblies, We can furthermore enhance the properties of the offered CFC's with our unique coatings and processes.
Graphite based insulation
Both Carbon and Graphite base, depending on the temperature treatment. These insulation materials exist in soft shape and in ridgidized shape. Ridgid board, which has short fibers in its matrix, is the third insulation material based on rayon fibers. Rayon based insulation materials are generally seen at a higher quality level compared to PAN based insulation materials. The applications of these insulation materials are very diverse:
- Insulation linings for sintering furnaces
- Insulation pack for crystal pulling
- Insulation linings for DSS furnaces
- Insulation linings for heat treatment furnaces
We offer Rayon based soft and ridgidised felts as well as ridgid board. Ridgidized felt and ridgid board can be enhanced with CFC protections and expaned graphite heat shields as well as with our unique coatings and processes
