Purification
We operate two kinds of purification processes, tailored to different technical needs in different applications: Process AE-10 / Process AE-2 (respectively, max 10 / 2 ppm impurities)
ICVI Coatings
Our coatings, which are applied by ICVI (Isothermal Chemical Vapour Infiltration), are improving different properties of substrate materials like graphite, CFC, carbon-carbon, sintered silicon carbide, ridgid board etc.
Decontamination
Our decontamination process has been developped in the spirit to considerably reduce TCO in applications where cost intensive substrates and toolings are contaminated with environmentaly hazardous substances and coatings .
